Charcuterie Make & Take Event

What's better than building your own wooden Charcuterie Board? Learning charcuterie arranging while tasting delicious appetizers and sipping wine too! Join us by purchasing tickets to this special one-day event hosted by Fisk Avenue and The Charcuterie House.

🎟️ Admission: $175 per project | Includes charcuterie workshop, demo & snacks

We'll start the evening with our Classic Glue-Up Charcuterie Board Workshop. You'll hand craft a 23" x 14" wooden board by gluing planks together to create a striped design with your choice of a cut-in wood handle or metal handles. We use a wide variety of hardwoods to give you plenty of options to create your own one-of-a-kind piece! 

While the glue dries, The Charcuterie House will join us for a 1/2 hour charcuterie arranging demo on a take-home recyclable bamboo board. Choose your demo board size of either 8" for individuals or a 10" for couples working together on one project. They’ll cover the basics of building a beautiful charcuterie spread with the perfect mix of pre-cut cheeses, meats, and accompaniments. Finish up the class by sanding your wooden board and adding your handle selection. Charcuterie snacks are included to enjoy throughout the evening. Wine will be available to purchase.
