Charcuterie Board: Classic Glue-Up Workshop

Serve charcuterie in style on a beautiful board made by you at your next gathering! Join us at Fisk Avenue for a hands-on workshop where you’ll select from a variety of hardwoods to design your own striped charcuterie board, gluing together different widths to create a truly unique piece. While the glue sets for about 30 minutes, explore our studio and soak in the creative atmosphere. Once your board is ready, we’ll plane it smooth and guide you through sanding it to perfection. Then, choose either a cut-in wood handle or sleek metal handles and finish your project with a coat of food-safe mineral oil to enhance the gorgeous grain. Leave with a one-of-a-kind charcuterie board that’s both functional and beautiful, made entirely by you. Or for a personalized touch, add on custom engraving for an additional fee and get your board a week later.

If you are unable to attend after booking, we offer a one-time transfer to a different day or different workshop, or for select projects you can pick up your materials and instruction as a Take and Create Kit. Liability waiver must be signed before beginning any work with tools or epoxy. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
