Fisk Avenue Full Studio Rental Deposit

Celebrate your event in style at the Fisk Avenue Studio in Downtown Waukesha. Our historic 1800s storefront began as the first addition to the Putney Hotel and has original Wisconsin limestone walls with modern interior retouches that are perfect for your next event. Booking this front space gives you access to all of our amenities, assistance with set-up and clean-up, and reserves a three-hour time block for you to prepare and host your event!

Venue Rental Includes:

• Front room rental for 3 hours
• Full sized fridge
• Sink with countertop for preparation space
• 6 counter height tables for standing and socializing, displays, or serving food
• Front counter space for display or buffet-style food service
• 5 dining tables from 6-8 feet in length, each seating 6-10 people
• 24 dining chairs - If you need more chairs for larger a sit-down event, we can discuss chair rental or bring your own additional chairs. 
• Two on-site facilities for guests
• Access to extension cords
• Several photo-ready walls

Price Details: 

• $475 for a 3-hour room rental (projects and drinks not included)
• $100 deposit (nonrefundable), $375 due the week of your event
  
• Purchase wine by the glass or na beverages at the event
• Additional fees for bottles of wine, an open bar, or 1 project per guest
• Extra party time is available for $150 per hour—just ask!
