Bread or Pizza Board Workshop

Love woodworking and homemade baking? Create your own custom wooden pizza paddle or bread board at Fisk Avenue! Begin by selecting from a variety of hardwoods to design a unique striped pattern, then glue the pieces together to form your board. While the glue sets for about 30 minutes, enjoy a break at our wine bar and soak in the creative atmosphere. Once your board is ready, we’ll plane it smooth and cut a sturdy handle for you. You’ll finish your project by sanding the surface to perfection and applying food-safe mineral oil to protect the wood and highlight its beautiful grain. Leave with a handcrafted pizza or bread board that’s perfect for serving up fresh, homemade baked goods at your next gathering—a functional piece you’ll be proud to use and display!

If you are unable to attend after purchasing a ticket, we offer a one-time workshop transfer to a time that works for you, or you may pick-up your project as a Take-and-Create Kit. Under 18 welcome but must be supervised by an adult.
